Konvio documentation
Konvio is an agent-powered ops platform. Teams use it to investigate production issues, turn signals from logs and alarms into actionable work, and ship fixes with help from autonomous agents.
This documentation explains how to use Konvio from your first sign-in through day-to-day operations across conversations, automations, reports, projects, and workspace settings.
What you can do in Konvio
| Area | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Conversations | Work with ops agents on incidents, investigations, and fixes |
| Automations | Run agents and commands when events fire |
| Reports | Build and share operational reports |
| Projects | Track backlog, board, issues, and specs for your application |
| Documentation | Write and publish docs collections for your team |
| Settings | Configure applications, agents, connectors, and repositories |
How Konvio is organized
Konvio uses two levels of scope:
- Workspace — your organization in Konvio. People, billing, and shared configuration live here.
- Application — the service or product you operate. Most product screens filter by the application selected in the top bar.
When you open Conversations, Automations, Reports, or Projects, Konvio uses the currently selected application. Switch applications from the selector in the top bar without changing workspaces.
Recommended first steps
Note
Konvio is actively evolving. If something in the product differs slightly from this documentation, the in-app UI is the source of truth.
