Applications settings

Manage the applications your workspace operates in Konvio.

Add an application

1. Open Settings → Applications.
2. Click to create a new application.
3. Enter a name and optional description.
4. Save.

Applications appear in the top-bar selector across the product.

Edit an application

Update name or metadata from the application detail page. Changes apply immediately for all workspace members.

Delete an application

Removing an application may delete or orphan associated conversations, docs collections, and project data. Confirm carefully before deleting.

Best practices

• One application per distinct service or product you operate
• Use names your team already uses in alarms and dashboards
• Avoid merging unrelated services into one application — it blurs agent context
