Backlog

The backlog is your prioritized queue of work for the selected application.

Open the backlog

Go to Projects → Backlog from the sidebar or projects sub-navigation.

What you see

Each row is typically an issue or work item with:

• Title and key (for example APP-42)
• Priority or rank
• Status
• Assignee (when set)

Prioritize work

Drag items to reorder or use priority fields when available. Keep the top of the backlog aligned with what your team will actually ship next.

Create items

Add new issues from the backlog page. You can also promote signal from conversations or automations into tracked work when your workflow supports it.

Filter and search

Use search within Projects to find items across the backlog when the list grows large.
