Sign up and sign in

Konvio uses secure authentication so your workspace data stays private. You sign in with email or your organization's identity provider through Clerk.

Create an account

1. Open the Konvio marketing site.
2. Click Sign up and complete the registration flow.
3. Verify your email if prompted.

If sign-up is disabled for your deployment, ask your workspace admin for an invitation or use Sign in with an existing account.

Sign in

1. Click Sign in from the marketing site or go directly to the sign-in page.
2. Enter your credentials.
3. After sign-in, Konvio routes you based on your workspace membership:
   • No workspace yet → onboarding to create or join an organization
   • Workspace ready → Conversations (your main workspace)

Sign out

Open your profile menu in the top bar (avatar on the right) and choose Sign out.

Note

Konvio does not share sessions across browsers. Sign in separately on each device you use.
