Projects is Konvio's work tracking for an application — backlog, board, issues, and specs in one place.
Projects navigation
Open Projects from the sidebar. Sub-navigation typically includes:

Application scope
Projects are scoped to the application selected in the top bar. Switch applications to see a different backlog and board.
Issues vs. specs
- Issues — discrete tasks, bugs, or chores with status and assignee
- Specs — richer documents describing what to build or fix, often produced by agents from production signal
Agents can help draft specs from conversations; your team reviews and moves work through the board.
