Workspaces

A workspace is your organization's home in Konvio. In the product UI, workspaces map to Clerk organizations.

What lives in a workspace

• People and roles
• Shared settings (agents, models, connectors, repositories)
• Usage and billing visibility
• All applications you operate

Each person can belong to multiple workspaces. Switch workspaces from the organization switcher in the top bar.

Create a workspace

After your first sign-in, Konvio may send you to onboarding:

1. Choose Create organization (or equivalent in the onboarding flow).
2. Name your workspace — use your company or team name.
3. Complete onboarding to enter the product.

Join an existing workspace

If a teammate already created a workspace:

1. Ask them to invite you through Clerk (organization invitation).
2. Accept the invitation from your email.
3. Sign in and select the workspace from the organization switcher.

Switch workspaces

Use the workspace switcher in the top bar (next to your profile). Konvio reloads product data for the selected workspace.

Applications, conversations, and settings are scoped to the active workspace. Switching workspaces changes what you see in the sidebar and top bar.
