Creating reports

Reports combine narrative sections with operational data so your team can review health and trends without opening every tool separately.

Create a new report

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Click New report.
  3. Name the report and choose a starting layout if offered.
  4. Add sections — text, tables, or data blocks depending on available options.
  5. Save the report.

Structure tips

  • Lead with the headline — what changed or what needs attention
  • Use sections — one topic per section (errors, latency, deployments)
  • Plain language — write for operators and stakeholders, not just engineers

Share with your team

Reports live in your workspace. Teammates with access can open the same report from the Reports list.

Update over time

Edit reports as your operational questions evolve. Keep titles and section names stable so people know where to look each week.

Note

Report data sources depend on which connectors and applications are configured in your workspace.
